BioNET Board The BioNET Fund is managed by the BioNET Board consisting of up to ten members, namely the Host Organisation’s CEO (or representative) and CFO, representatives of the main funding organizations, two LOOP representatives, the Director of the BioNET-Secretariat (ex officio), and one or more invited experts. The Board monitors use of the Fund and the Secretariat's operational performance, sets the Secretariat’s strategy and supports fundraising activities. LOOP Coordinating Committees The finances and operations of each BioNET LOOP are governed by its LOOP Coordinating Committee. Typically, each Committee comprises a representative from each member country, the Regional Coordinating Institute plus invited representatives of partner initiatives. One member of the Committee may be elected as Chair. |
