Context
EuroLOOP is a voluntary but formal association of excellence of
institutions in 22 European countries. It was established to provide
a coordinated response to requests for expert assistance and technology from the developing country BioNET LOOPs.
Founding members came from the following countries: Belgium,
Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, England, Finland, France, Germany,
Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, Poland,
Portugal, Scotland, Slovania, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and
Wales.
